FULL TIME EXECUTIVE SERVICES COORDINATOR

CORPORATE SERVICES TEAM (perm position)

 

Grade 8/9


Coomalie Community Government Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced applicant to fill the full time position of Executive Services Coordinator within the Corporate Services team.

The Executive Services Coordinator will be working within the Corporate Services Unit to coordinate and contribute to Council’s governance, finance, and administration obligations, including the provision of support to the Council, CEO and Senior Management Team. The position manages Council and Committee Meetings and Workshops, providing a high level of compliance support through policy development and review, management of registers, and all public disclosure and information management system requirements.

 

As part of Council's recruitment process, successful applicants will undergo pre- employment assessments, which may include a medical.

SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

CORPORATE SERVICES TEAM (temp position)


$62,926 per annum (excl. superannuation)


Coomalie Community Government Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced applicant to fill the position of Senior Administration Officer within the Council’s Administration Team for 6 to 12 months.


Working within the Executive Service Group, the Senior Administration Officer is required to coordinate, undertake and support all Council administration duties, including administrative support to Council meetings, support to the rates and accounting department in a compliant, confidential and safe manner and providing frontline reception services.
