What to expect:

✅ Age and skill-appropriate coaching

✅ Focus on technique, footwork & game play

✅ Drills that build consistency and confidence

✅ Match-play scenarios to develop tactical thinking

✅ Positive, encouraging atmosphere

Our experienced coaches break skills down into simple, achievable steps, so players improve without feeling overwhelmed. Every session blends learning with games and challenges — because the best tennis development happens when players are engaged and having fun.

💥 Cardio Tennis for Adults

Tennis meets workout. No gym required.

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy, music-fuelled session that combines tennis drills with a full-body workout. You don’t need perfect technique — just a willingness to move, laugh, and work up a sweat.

Why adults love Cardio Tennis:

🔥 Burn calories while having fun

🎵 Sessions set to upbeat music

🏃 Constant movement — no standing around

🎾 Tennis-based drills, games & point play

🤝 Social, welcoming group environment

You’ll rotate through fast-paced drills designed to keep your heart rate up while improving your coordination, agility, and racquet skills. It’s fitness disguised as fun — and the hour flies by.

Great for:

✔ Busy adults wanting an enjoyable workout

✔ Social players wanting more movement

✔ Anyone who finds the gym boring

No pressure. No judgement. Just good vibes, great music, and a seriously fun workout.
