The Northern Territory Goverment's Gamba Action Program starts in Coomalie for rural landowners from Friday 6th December 2024.

Program Details

Gamba Action Program is ran over the course of the wet season.

The program was created to help provide landowners with support in the fight against Gamba Grass, and weed management advice.

Land owners are strongly encouraged to be involved with the program.

Under the program landowners are entitled to the following quantities of Glyphosate:

• 1 parcel of land - 5lt bottle
• 2 or more parcels of land - 2 5lt bottles

Collection of your allocation can be done from Council Offices on Fridays between 8:30am - 1:30pm, or by prior appointment.
