Council will be undertaking a clean-up of hard rubbish prior to the coming cyclone season.

Clean-up will occur for the following dates:

• Adelaide River - Monday 25th Sept to Friday 29th Sept
• Batchelor - Monday 2nd Oct to Friday 6th Oct

Items accepted:

• White goods
• Furniture
• Small items which may become a projectile
• Items able to be picked up by a single person

Items not accepted:

• Asbestos
• Tyres & Car batteries
• Paint / aerosol cans
• Chemicals
• Medical waste
• Car bodies
